Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse, Care Manager (Remote - Full or Part Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual, patient-centered nursing care with empathy and efficiency
• Triage patient concerns using clinical protocols and sound judgment
• Coordinate follow-ups, labs, and diagnostics across teams

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York or Louisiana
• 3+ years of hospital-based RN experience (ED or Urgent Care preferred)
• BSN required
• Willingness to obtain multistate licenses
• Comfort with remote care technology (EMRs, chat platforms, telehealth tools)
