Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Star Center Agent CSR (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and tickets for technical assistance, creating cases and providing diagnostic direction to dealers
• Respond to cases, document contacts, and ensure resolution is achieved
• Communicate product issues and provide technical support to team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate (bachelor's degree preferred)
• Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE) within the primary call-taking area
• At least 3 years of automotive repair experience
• 2-3 years of experience with Cummins 6.0L Diesel Engine
• Basic PC software knowledge including Windows and keyboarding skills
