Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Help Desk Administrative Coordinator to support administrative duties for the Oregon MED project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support to internal and external customers
  • Coordinate referrals for contract work and perform data entry
  • Monitor work queues and ensure compliance with established standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or an Associate Degree
  • Preferred clinical office experience
  • Minimum of three years of customer service experience in healthcare or administrative environments
  • Ability to create and maintain schedules for multiple individuals
  • Strong multitasking skills and adaptability to changing priorities
