A company is looking for a Clinical Help Desk Administrative Coordinator to support administrative duties for the Oregon MED project.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to internal and external customers
- Coordinate referrals for contract work and perform data entry
- Monitor work queues and ensure compliance with established standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or an Associate Degree
- Preferred clinical office experience
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience in healthcare or administrative environments
- Ability to create and maintain schedules for multiple individuals
- Strong multitasking skills and adaptability to changing priorities
