Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer-related product issues and ensure timely resolution
- Lead incident response efforts and coordinate communication during high-priority escalations
- Guide enterprise customers in onboarding and system integration across various modules
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, DevOps, or SRE
- Deep experience with FinOps products and data-centric tools like LookerML
- Proficient in Linux systems, networking, and distributed architectures
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystems
- Familiar with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
