Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role
- 1+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in the LMS/E-Learning industry
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proven time-management capabilities
- Basic understanding of core web components and SaaS
