Job Summary
A company is looking for a Secretary II to provide secretarial and administrative support in the Call Center Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete internal paperwork and typing assignments with high accuracy
- Maintain an organized filing system and manage office supplies and equipment
- Act as a liaison between the office and other departments
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited secretarial studies program plus three years of full-time secretarial experience
- Additional year of experience may substitute for the secretarial program
- Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft and procurement policies is preferred
- Ability to work in a moderate noise office environment and manage physical demands of the position
