Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operations Analyst / Sr. Process Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and redesign the onboarding process to enhance customer experience and reduce time-to-value
  • Build usage dashboards and collaborate with teams to increase feature utilization and develop a predictive customer health model
  • Automate workflows and reporting to improve efficiency across Customer Success and Revenue Operations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Operations, Business/Process Analysis, or Customer Success Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot and experience with customer engagement tools and analytics platforms
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to enhance work processes
