Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Analyst / Sr. Process Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and redesign the onboarding process to enhance customer experience and reduce time-to-value
- Build usage dashboards and collaborate with teams to increase feature utilization and develop a predictive customer health model
- Automate workflows and reporting to improve efficiency across Customer Success and Revenue Operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Operations, Business/Process Analysis, or Customer Success Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Working knowledge of HubSpot and experience with customer engagement tools and analytics platforms
- Experience using AI and automation tools to enhance work processes
