Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients courteously and manage their intake process
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying demographic and insurance information
- Coordinate patient flow and support initiatives to enhance the patient experience
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in high-quality customer service, preferably in healthcare
- Working knowledge of IDX/GE Centricity business preferred
- High School Diploma required
