Key Responsibilities
- Support customer retention efforts by addressing service disconnect requests and resolving outstanding issues
- Minimize churn by offering tailored product bundles and proactively contacting clients at key retention points
- Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals for all product lines
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a designated home office space with adequate equipment and internet speed
- Must reside in the specified Central Division states
