A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client retention and demonstrate the value of services to renew clients
- Facilitate and coordinate all client communications for a seamless experience
- Lead client engagement activities and serve as a trusted advisor to clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-5 years of experience in Customer Success Management or similar roles, preferably in Healthcare Consulting
- Knowledge of the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) industry is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM software like Salesforce
- Basic project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
