Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update provider data in the credentialing database
- Respond to provider inquiries across multiple communication channels
- Coordinate the credentialing process and ensure documentation is accurate and complete
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer support or provider support role
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with home care, assisted living, and long-term care services
- Experience in an inbound and outbound call environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM software such as Dynamics 365
