Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update provider data in the credentialing database
  • Respond to provider inquiries across multiple communication channels
  • Coordinate the credentialing process and ensure documentation is accurate and complete
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer support or provider support role
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with home care, assisted living, and long-term care services
  • Experience in an inbound and outbound call environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM software such as Dynamics 365
