Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience; call center experience preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills
  • Experience in insurance or a related field preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; licensing may be required
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
