Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance billing, coverage, claims, and other related issues
- Maintain accurate client and policy data within relevant systems
- Contribute to client satisfaction and retention while supporting team goals and business priorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service or claims management experience, or a High School degree/GED with 8+ years of experience
- Producer's License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
- Basic understanding of professional and industry standards/practices
