Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within SaaS or technology
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving customer satisfaction
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex products or technical concepts
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success platforms
