Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving customer satisfaction
- Ability to understand and communicate complex products or technical concepts
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success platforms
