Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Response Specialist - PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients, families, and providers in navigating the admissions process by completing intake calls and determining clinical appropriateness
• Support coverage gaps for various communication channels to assess patient eligibility for care
• Consult with referring providers and treatment teams regarding red flags or readmissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least one year of directly related experience
• Experience in patient and/or person-facing customer service
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness is strongly preferred
