Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound requests and respond promptly to support calls, chats, and emails
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system or service issues while advocating for customers
- Track client interactions and maintain detailed records of communications and action items
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in customer service in a retail, restaurant, or similar environment
- BA preferred
- Strong technical aptitude and organizational skills
- Proficient with Windows and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of surplus lines tax filing is a plus
