Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of 20-24 staff members
- Facilitate coaching sessions and manage team performance metrics
- Participate in client activities and address agent training needs
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Completion of internal management training program
- Considerable experience managing a team of 15 or more employees
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in a changing environment
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree
