A company is looking for a Supervisor, Payment Escalation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Payment Posting Escalation Department operations and staff development
- Plan and evaluate department objectives, including KPI monitoring and reporting
- Compile reports for senior management and conduct regular team meetings for improvement feedback
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least four (4) years of revenue cycle experience preferred
- At least two (2) years of supervisory/management experience preferred
- At least two (2) years of posting experience preferred
- Equivalent experience in a related field may be considered
