A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Small & Medium Business (SMB).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of SMB employer clients, providing scalable support across onboarding, renewals, and open enrollment
- Coordinate streamlined onboarding processes and support open enrollment planning and execution
- Track customer health and satisfaction metrics while advocating for customer needs internally
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support, preferably in health benefits or HR tech
- Experience managing a high volume of customers with structured support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Tech-savvy and data-minded, comfortable using internal tools and data insights
- Customer-first mindset with a strong sense of accountability
