Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative - PB.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve financial transactions to prevent revenue shortfalls and ensure timely collection of payments
• Complete daily work assignments accurately and in accordance with organizational productivity and quality standards
• Contact payers to facilitate timely resolution of accounts and verify insurance or patient demographics

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a medical billing office setting
• Experience with MS Office
• Experience with insurance follow-up and coordination of benefits
• Familiarity with Epic, Brightree, Billing Bridge, or comparable software
