Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator to supervise and coach a team of Outreach & Enrollment Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of 8-12 Outreach & Enrollment Coordinators, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure the team meets enrollment targets through coaching on call quality and engagement tactics
- Monitor key performance metrics and facilitate team meetings focused on motivation and goal alignment
Required Qualifications:
- Three years of experience managing a team in call center, behavioral health, or customer service settings
- Prior experience in a role requiring high-volume outreach and goal-driven member engagement
- Demonstrated sales experience with the ability to persuade and handle objections
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Experience in coaching or mentoring peers in a team-focused environment
