• Manage a work queue of referrals for patients seeking behavioral health services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• 1 year of experience in mental health, substance abuse, or social services
• Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs
• Frequent sitting/standing and keyboard use required
• Willingness to perform activities specific to patient care roles
