Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Call Center Telephonic Triage Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage patients telephonically to assess needs and facilitate access to appropriate care
- Maintain accurate medical history and documentation for each patient encounter
- Serve as a resource for scheduling teams regarding clinical questions and patient management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 1 year of telephonic triage
- Proficient in multiple computer applications, including EMR and spreadsheets
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
