Key Responsibilities
- Utilize automated systems to schedule assessments for completion by Registered Nurses in various settings
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all interactions during the scheduling process
- Respond to inquiries and requests regarding assessments and scheduling conflicts, providing effective resolutions
Required Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent) with over two years of customer service and call center experience, including at least one year in scheduling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook, with experience in data entry and spreadsheet management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in high-pressure environments
- Reliable high-speed internet and access to a secure, distraction-free remote work environment
