A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a 6+ month contract opportunity in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service support as the first point of contact
• Process part and pump orders, including quotes and warranty claims
• Maintain logs and assist sales teams with customer support activities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associates degree or some college experience preferred
• 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
