D-HICOM Support Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a D-HICOM Support Team Lead to provide support in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate HSTs and D-HSTs to replicate the HICOM for training Division and Brigade Commanders and Staff
• Serve as either the Deputy Commander or Commander of the Joint Force, Corps, or Division higher command
• Responsible for deliverables including the publication of Division and above operation orders

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• MS or MA degree
• Senior Army leadership experience with extensive training management and Combat Training Center experience
• Experience commanding at the Brigade level or higher
• At least 20 years of experience in the Active Army, including 2 years with exercise planning using the JELC process
