A company is looking for a Team Lead, Technical Services to oversee a team and enhance client experiences through technical project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 8-10 Technical Services Specialists for successful project delivery
• Oversee project execution, performance metrics, and team coaching
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve integration challenges and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in SaaS or technology implementation
• Strong technical and analytical skills with experience in managing integration or data-focused projects
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional client outcomes
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and data analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred, but not required
