Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician (Part Time).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of IT support for customers
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and web submissions efficiently
- Resolve end-user incidents and requests while providing high-end customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Strong technical aptitude with Level 1 experience supporting Windows OS, O365, and other infrastructure requirements
- One year of experience in a technical or customer support position preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and support
- Ability to explain technical issues in an understandable manner
- Willingness to work on-call and occasionally during weekends/holidays
