Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of IT support for customers
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and web submissions efficiently
  • Resolve end-user incidents and requests while providing high-end customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Strong technical aptitude with Level 1 experience supporting Windows OS, O365, and other infrastructure requirements
  • One year of experience in a technical or customer support position preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and support
  • Ability to explain technical issues in an understandable manner
  • Willingness to work on-call and occasionally during weekends/holidays
