Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with onboarding new and existing Safety Platform customers
- Conduct virtual and onsite customer training sessions on various products
- Maintain accurate records of project details and customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Project Management or similar Customer Onboarding or Support experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong G-Suite experience and skills
- Experience with Monday.com and Salesforce.com is a plus
- Ability to work within multiple time zones in the USA
