Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily custody operations and ensure end-to-end process requirements are met
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries through Zendesk, providing timely resolutions in both Italian and English
  • Translate and maintain Help Center articles and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate localization
Required Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in a customer support role or equivalent
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency and financial services support
  • Experience with Zendesk Support, Guide, and Chat
  • Ability to travel frequently to secured facilities
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed
