Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to determine reasons for payment delinquency and negotiate payment commitments
- Handle accounts with speed and accuracy while maintaining professionalism
- Document all accounts accurately and respond to customer inquiries within established time frames
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in financial services or a similar industry preferred
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field may substitute for experience
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and internet-based applications required
