Colorado Licensed Medical Support Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Support Assistant to provide administrative support for Veterans in the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel Veteran appointments using VistA and CPRS
• Receive and respond to incoming calls and Veteran inquiries
• Conduct patient check-ins and check-outs, both in person and virtually

Qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship
• Ability to pass a federal background investigation and obtain Tier 1 security clearance
• Must be able to work MST business hours regardless of time zone
• For remote roles: Reliable internet access and home-office setup
• For bilingual roles: Spanish fluency strongly preferred
