A company is looking for an Employer Services Specialist - Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage account inquiries related to FSA, HRA, HSA, and Transit accounts, ensuring timely responses
- Develop and maintain relationships with Employer Groups to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing escalations and ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible holidays and overtime
- Experience with OnBase, WEX Health Cloud, and various benefit plans is preferred
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Familiarity with HIPAA and other relevant regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
