A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure successful usage and adoption of technologies
- Take ownership of post-sales technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution
- Guide customers through the adoption stages of the platform and coordinate with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent educational experience
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a post-sales engineer role or as a network engineer
- Strong understanding of Networking and Security fundamentals
- Experience with multiple Network vendors (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks)
- One or more relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, VCDX) is highly desired
