Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselor for their Executive Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic assessment, supportive counseling, referrals, and follow-up to EAP participants
- Maintain documentation and provide clinical case management for assigned EAP cases
- Consult with managers and HR professionals on work-related concerns and coordinate onsite Critical Incident Response events
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health related field
- Post-graduate experience in a behavioral health field preferred
- EAP experience is a plus
- Graduate level license required
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
