A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and improve areas of dissatisfaction
- Lead annual negotiations with existing customers and develop trusted advisor relationships
- Oversee onboarding processes and ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs
Required Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions and managing multiple account projects
- Native English proficiency; C1+ level in another language is a plus
- Experience in a SaaS environment is advantageous
- US based candidates preferred
