A company is looking for a GIS Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for software and hardware-related issues from clients
- Utilize resources to troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively
- Collaborate with clients to analyze their Cityworks setup and provide optimization recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, geography, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with GIS, CAD, EAM, CRM, or Cityworks software
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
- Knowledge of municipal or utility districts is preferred
- Familiarity with leading database systems (Oracle or SQL Server) is preferred
