Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Clinical Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff processing inbound and outbound communications and administrative intake of members
- Work with clinical operations, product, call center, and IT partners to address staffing needs and case volume
- Lead team meetings and provide performance updates and reviews for staff
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred
- One (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- One (1) year of experience managing teams and performing administrative tasks preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA laws preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
