A company is looking for an Automotive Parts Support Center Agent (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and through various communication channels
- Identify, order, and locate vehicle parts, track shipments, and check availability
- Escalate cases to Liaison and Team Leads when necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service experience
- Available to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday
- Michigan resident with high-speed internet access via Ethernet or landline
- Ability to maintain a secluded and distraction-free work environment
