Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service to Property and Casualty insurance policyholders, agents, and lenders through inbound calls and electronic communications
- Interpret verbal and written communication to make appropriate decisions
- Assist in the preparation for Personal Lines P&C agent licensing for qualified candidates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Active Personal Lines P&C agent license preferred
- Prior insurance agency experience, including customer service, is preferred
- Spanish/bi-lingual skills are a plus
- Proficient in PC usage and keyboarding skills
- Access to a strong, stable internet connection and a separate, undisturbed workspace
