Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to Property and Casualty insurance policyholders, agents, and lenders through inbound calls and electronic communications
• Interpret verbal and written communication to make appropriate decisions
• Assist in the preparation for Personal Lines P&C agent licensing for qualified candidates

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Personal Lines P&C agent license preferred
• Prior insurance agency experience, including customer service, is preferred
• Spanish/bi-lingual skills are a plus
• Proficient in PC usage and keyboarding skills
• Access to a strong, stable internet connection and a separate, undisturbed workspace
