Required Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service support role is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to pass required testing
