Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Claims Supervisor to lead a team of adjusters handling first-party litigated claims in Property & Casualty Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external and internal counsel to develop effective litigation strategies
• Assist litigation adjusters in reviewing new suit assignments and monitoring ongoing litigation strategies
• Track team performance metrics and proactively identify trends to maintain high standards of work

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of first-party property claims adjusting experience, with 3+ years focused on complex cases
• Experience overseeing and directing a team of litigation adjusters
• Litigation billing management experience
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, G Suite, Slack, and Xactimate
• Ability to lead and empower a high-performing team
