Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of specialized business experience with at least 5 years in leadership
- Experience in driving customer retention and satisfaction in a B2B environment
- Working knowledge of Cloud technologies and SaaS models
- Analytical mindset to leverage data for strategic decision-making
