Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines and provide accurate updates to patient records
- Participate in training, assist in the orientation of new personnel, and identify process improvements to enhance patient experience
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Ability to explain complicated healthcare issues with empathy
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using multiple advanced communication tools
- Effective interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team
