Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
  • Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines and provide accurate updates to patient records
  • Participate in training, assist in the orientation of new personnel, and identify process improvements to enhance patient experience
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Ability to explain complicated healthcare issues with empathy
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using multiple advanced communication tools
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team
