Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and provider searches
- Coordinate issue resolution with providers, payers, or third parties for claims adjustments and grievances
- Provide proactive care guidance and education on healthcare-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High school/GED diploma
- 2-year associate's degree in healthcare/health sciences or equivalent experience
- Experience in roles such as Health Guide, Medical Assistant, or Pharmacy Technician
- Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
- Proven ability to resolve high-level customer service issues
