Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of work experience in Customer Success Management
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with customers at the Executive level
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
