Bilingual Spanish Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist - Bilingual Spanish (Remote-EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls from patients and schedule appointments for multiple locations
• Document and confirm requested appointments while providing excellent customer service
• Manage incoming faxes and triage general inquiry calls

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in customer service or call center roles
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical insurance regulations is advantageous
