Job Summary

A company is looking for a Worklife Resource Consultant - Medicare.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess resource needs and propose options for community service providers
• Provide resource referrals and educate individuals on utilizing resources for various life situations
• Document member interactions and perform administrative tasks in a call center environment

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with elderly and/or adults with disabilities, including resource needs assessments
• 1+ years of experience in social work, social services, or case management
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related social services/health field
• Private, confidential workspace free from distractions
• Reliable wired internet connection with specified speed requirements
