Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Client Success Manager (Life Sciences).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and partners to ensure smooth delivery operations and maximize client satisfaction
- Monitor usage metrics and key performance indicators to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as a Life Sciences subject matter expert and partner closely with sales and product teams to align capabilities with customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing projects with top-tier pharmaceutical companies
- Prior experience working with real-world healthcare data and leading projects with life sciences companies
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with SQL; additional coding languages are a plus
- A bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of work experience in healthcare, consulting, or pharmaceuticals/biotech
- Proven aptitude in a startup environment
