A company is looking for a Client Services Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and customer support via phone and chat, handling 25-50 calls per day
- Troubleshoot login issues, password resets, and technical product questions
- Accurately document all customer interactions in a CRM and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of customer service, call center, IT support, or healthcare admin experience
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Typing speed of 45 or more words per minute
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download speeds)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required)
